2027 Prom Court

You Should See Me in a Crown

The Midnight Carnival of Masques • May 1, 2027

Think the Crown Belongs to You?

Or maybe you know someone who absolutely needs to see themselves in one. Either way, don't be shy!

Juniors and seniors attending the 2027 prom are invited to enter our Prom Court for Prom King or Prom Queen.

✦ ◆ ✦

How to Enter

Ready to throw your name in for the crown? Juniors and seniors attending prom may nominate themselves or be nominated by a friend.

To officially enter Prom Court:

Your email should include:

Your reason doesn't have to be serious or impressive. Tell us why you'd love the crown, make us laugh, tell us something memorable about yourself, or simply admit that you really want to see yourself wearing one.

Prom Court submissions must be received by April 21, 2027.

That's the same final cutoff as prom registration, so make sure everything is in by the deadline!

Meet the Court

Prom Court nominations will be featured online before the event, including each candidate's photo and bio, so students can get to know this year's court.

On prom night, we'll also have a Prom Court table displaying all of our nominees, their photos, and their bios before voting begins.

Voting Happens at Prom

No online voting.

Every student attending prom gets one vote.

Voting will take place in person during the event, and when the votes are counted, we'll crown our 2027 Prom King and Prom Queen!

What's Waiting for the Winners?

Besides getting to walk away as the 2027 Prom King or Prom Queen, our winners will each receive:

And, of course, permanent bragging rights.

And About Last Year...

Congratulations again to our 2026 Prom Queen and King, Ava and Peter!

And a very special shoutout to Tony, our runner-up King.

Last year's King vote ended in a tie.

So we had a dance battle.

That also ended in a tie.

Which meant there was only one thing left to do:

Rock. Paper. Scissors.

We have no idea what this year's court will bring, but that's half the fun.

Don't Be Shy.

Throw your name into the ring, nominate a friend, and give everyone someone worth cheering for on prom night.

Maybe you'll walk in wearing a mask and walk out wearing a crown.

Submissions close April 21, 2027.
